Biography

Nancy V. Cossio is a Tax Manager at Clarion Tax & Advisory, where she works closely with individuals and small businesses to navigate tax matters with clarity and confidence. She leads engagements from start to finish, helping clients not only get things done correctly, but actually understand what’s going on behind the numbers. Known for her attention to detail and thoughtful approach, Nancy brings a strong balance of technical knowledge and real-world practicality to every client relationship.

Before joining Clarion, Nancy spent time at Texas Instruments, where she worked across operations, supply chain, and analytics—managing large portfolios and supporting decision-making at a high level. That experience gave her a sharp analytical mindset and the ability to stay calm and solution-focused in complex situations. Outside of her professional work, Nancy has also been deeply involved in the nonprofit space through dream: success (formerly Charitable Crusaders), where she serves as Chief Investment and Partnerships Officer. In that role, she has helped grow the organization’s impact through financial strategy, partnerships, and long-term planning.

Nancy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of North Texas, where she graduated magna cum laude, and is currently pursuing her Master of Professional Accountancy at the University of Texas Permian Basin. She is also working toward becoming an IRS Enrolled Agent. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Nancy takes pride in connecting with clients from all backgrounds and making complex financial topics feel approachable. At her core, she genuinely enjoys helping people feel more confident and in control of their financial situation.
